I'm a software developer at Homstar Pvt Ltd in Surfers Paradise, where I've worked since June 2021. I started as a junior developer and was promoted to Software Developer in March 2023.

Most of my work sits where business problems meet code: validation tools that speed up client onboarding, modular website themes, WordPress integrations that keep data in sync, and small internal tools that people actually use.

My background in business analysis (I hold a Master of IT from Griffith University and am an IIBA Certified Business Analyst) means I like to understand the problem properly before I start building.

    Software Developer

    Homstar Pvt Ltd Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast

    • Cut client onboarding time by 40% with a web scraper validation tool built in Next.js, TypeScript and MySQL.
    • Onboarded 67 clients, personally scraping and converting each client's website data to JSON for the company's SaaS product.
    • Designed modular website themes, cutting build time from five days to one hour.
    • Built advanced WordPress logging to improve price synchronisation accuracy.
    • Contributed to WordPress plugins syncing data between the HomHero app and websites (Length of Stay and a customisable calendar).
    • Built a Next.js email template generator used by clients.
    • Built a monday.com GraphQL integration supporting the sales pipeline.
